The clinical work is for ADHD adults, neurodivergent people, and anyone navigating burnout, emotional neglect, nervous system overload, or a life that stopped fitting its old shape. The tools are free. The therapy is through Open Path, which means reduced-fee sessions for people who need them. The journal is for adults who grew up emotionally unseen and want something structured to work through that.
