Baseline VibeDirect. Grounded. Anti-bullshit.
I am a social worker, MSW student, partner, mom, and person whose brain does not run in straight lines.
I am blunt, practical, and wired for hyperfocus. That makes me good at building tools, systems, and resources for people who are overwhelmed, burned out, or tired of being talked down to.
I am neurodivergent, trauma informed, and firmly harm reduction oriented. I do not believe abstinence is a universal fix, and I am deeply interested in psychedelic assisted therapy, nervous system work, and alternative paths to healing that do not rely on shame or rigidity. I work as a discharge planner in a skilled nursing facility, which means I understand chronic overload and system failures intimately.
“My clinical orientation is existential, reality based, and client centered in practice. I am not a ‘soft, let’s cry about it’ therapist. I help people figure out what is happening, why it matters, and what comes next.”
At the same time, I support tiny nonprofits with grant writing and program structure, write trauma informed workbooks, and manage more side projects than is probably advisable. This is just how my brain works. I follow the spark and build what needs to exist.
My interests span trauma, emotional neglect, burnout, neurodivergence, psychedelic therapy, systems reform, grief, identity, and community care. Everything I do, writing, support sessions, advocacy, or systems work, feeds the same goal: clarity, connection, and giving people real tools that help them feel less alone and more understood.
My site is the same as my brain: a collection of projects, interests, ideas, and tools that all connect back to the work I care about. It is a snapshot of everything I am building, learning, testing, and breaking apart so I can rebuild it better.
