The Dossier
Primary Function
Build clarity and structure for ADHD brains and anyone else operating in spaces that usually lack both.
Clinical Mode
Existential plus reality-based, with client-centered execution.
Treatment Stance
Harm reduction over abstinence. Curiosity over judgment.
Neurotype
Hyperfocused, nonlinear, detail-heavy. ADHD in practice, not just in theory.
Baseline Vibe
Direct. Grounded. Anti-bullshit.
I am a licensed social worker (MSW, LSW), partner, mom, and person whose brain does not run in straight lines.
I am blunt, practical, and wired for hyperfocus. That makes me good at building tools, systems, and resources for ADHD individuals, neurodivergent people, and anyone who is overwhelmed, burned out, or tired of being talked down to.
I am neurodivergent, trauma-informed, and firmly harm-reduction oriented. I do not believe abstinence is a universal fix. I have worked in multiple social work roles over the years, so I know chronic overload and system failure up close.
My clinical orientation is existential, reality-based, and client-centered in practice. I am not a soft, let’s-cry-about-it therapist. I help people figure out what is happening, why it matters, and what comes next.
Psychedelic integration work — helping people process and make meaning of non-ordinary states, not administer them — came up constantly in grad school. Enough that classmates started visibly bracing when I brought it up again, while some part of my brain kept asking if I was one conversation away from being flagged as a liability. Neither reaction changed how much I think it matters. It is one of the directions I am building toward, alongside nervous system work and other alternative paths to healing that do not rely on shame or rigidity.
At the same time, I write trauma-informed resources and manage more side projects than is probably advisable. This is just how my brain works. I follow the spark and build what needs to exist.
My interests span trauma, emotional neglect, burnout, neurodivergence, psychedelic integration therapy, systems reform, grief, identity, and community care. Everything I do, whether that is writing, support sessions, advocacy, or systems work, feeds the same goal: clarity, connection, and giving people real tools that help them feel less alone and more understood.
My site is the same as my brain: a collection of projects, interests, ideas, and tools that all connect back to the work I care about. It is a snapshot of what I am building, learning, testing, and rebuilding as I go.
